Below are the policies for The O’Neil. We reserve the right to add to and amend these policies. If you have any questions about our policies, please contact us.

• A $45 non-refundable deposit is due upon making a reservation.

• Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours prior to reservation or one night’s stay will be charged.

• No pets (except for service dogs)

• No smoking. Smoking fee of $250 will be added to bill if evidence of smoking is present.

• Daily housekeeping included in room rate.
